Generate a well-formatted README with current task information.

README Synchronization

Creates or updates README.md with beautifully formatted task information.

Argument Parsing

Optional filters:

"pending" → Only pending tasks
"with-subtasks" → Include subtask details
"by-priority" → Group by priority
