Now, when encountering a directory:
- Strip trailing slash from path (git reports dirs as "dirname/")
- Check if path is a directory using stats.isDirectory()
- Recursively list all files inside using listAllFilesInDirectory
- Generate synthetic diffs for each file found

of an error placeholder.
