chore: fix formatting issues for CI

Browse Source 
Fix Prettier formatting in two files:
- apps/server/src/lib/sdk-options.ts: Split long arrays to one item per line
- docs/docker-isolation.md: Align markdown table columns

Resolves CI format check failures.
