feat: Add complete bundle distribution package (v1.0.0)

Creates complete distribution package with all 7 skills.

## Distribution Package

**n8n-mcp-skills-v1.0.0.zip** (168 KB, 50 files)
- All 7 skills in one package
- Includes .claude-plugin/ directory (plugin.json, marketplace.json)
- Ready for Claude Code plugin installation
