czlonkowski 7147f5ef05 fix: integration test database initialization issues ...

- Remove non-existent BetterSqlite3Adapter import
- Use createDatabaseAdapter instead of direct instantiation
- Initialize database schema in test setup
- Fix path imports and duplicate imports
