czlonkowski 3cc09b4f07 fix: update test assertions for ON CONFLICT saveNode SQL ...

Tests expected old INSERT OR REPLACE SQL, updated to match new
INSERT INTO ... ON CONFLICT(node_type) DO UPDATE SET pattern.
