fix: add missing uuid dependency to Docker runtime

- Added uuid ^10.0.0 to package.json and package.runtime.json
- Fixed MODULE_NOT_FOUND error in Docker containers
- Updated package.runtime.json version to match main (2.7.0)
- Aligned @modelcontextprotocol/sdk version between packages
- Updated CHANGELOG.md with v2.7.0 release notes
