Eyal Toledano f16a574ad8 feat: Adjustst the parsePRD system prompt and cursor rule so to improve following specific details that may already be outliend in the PRD. This reduces cases where the AI will not use those details and come up with its own approach. Next commit will reduce detfault temperature to do this at scale across the system too.
