Publisher and extension naming decisions required:
- Update publisher field from placeholder 'DavidMaliglowka'
- Choose unique extension name (currently 'taskr-kanban')
- Select appropriate extension icon
- Configure CI secrets (VSCE_PAT, OVSX_PAT) for publishing
