## Key Development Commands
- Build: `npm run build`
- Start: `npm start`

## Architecture
- Uses `express` for routing (see `src/server.ts`)
- Bundles with `esbuild` for CLI distribution
- Plugins are loaded from `$HOME/.claude-code-router/plugins`
