- Extract hooks: use-spec-loading, use-spec-save, use-spec-generation
- Extract dialogs: create-spec-dialog, regenerate-spec-dialog
- Update sidebar to use new CreateSpecDialog with analyzeProject state
- Delete deprecated project-setup-dialog.tsx
