Merges latest main branch changes including:
- MCP server support and configuration
- Pipeline configuration system

- GitHub issue comments in validation
- Auth middleware improvements
- Various UI/UX improvements

All Cursor CLI features preserved:
- Multi-provider support (Claude + Cursor)
- Model override capabilities

- Provider tabs in settings
